Who We Are

Standing Guard Over
American Democracy

No Fraud Vote was founded by a coalition of concerned citizens, legal professionals, and veteran election observers who saw the cracks in America's electoral infrastructure firsthand. We are not aligned with any political party — our only allegiance is to truth, transparency, and the rule of law.

We operate through a national network of trained volunteer poll watchers, data analysts, and affiliated attorneys who document irregularities, protect whistleblowers, and advocate for systemic reforms that safeguard every single ballot.

  • Nonpartisan organization with zero government funding
  • Certified observers deployed across all 50 states
  • Legal partnerships ready to act on documented fraud

Verified Reporting

Every report is verified through a multi-step review process before being submitted to state authorities and law enforcement.

Volunteer Network

Thousands of trained volunteers monitor polling sites, tabulation centers, and voter rolls year-round in every state.

Legal Support

Our affiliated legal team has filed dozens of election-law complaints and public records requests nationwide.

Data Analysis

We analyze publicly available voter registration data to identify statistical anomalies and phantom registrations.

The Threats

Why Election Integrity
Matters More Than Ever

Vulnerabilities in America's electoral system have been documented by federal agencies, academic researchers, and independent journalists. These are the threats we fight.

Bloated Voter Rolls

Millions of outdated registrations — deceased individuals, people who've moved, duplicate entries — remain on voter rolls across the country, leaving open doors for fraudulent ballots.

Lack of Transparency

Observers are routinely blocked from ballot counting. Private companies manage voting equipment with proprietary software that cannot be independently audited by citizens or officials.

Mail-In Ballot Risks

Expanded mail-in voting without adequate signature verification, chain-of-custody documentation, or secure drop-box procedures enables ballot harvesting and fraudulent submissions.

Machine Vulnerabilities

CISA and security researchers have documented vulnerabilities in voting machines. Aging equipment, missing paper trails, and weak cybersecurity protocols can expose results to manipulation.

ID Verification Gaps

Many states allow voting without any government-issued identification. Weak verification standards undermine the principle of one legal vote per eligible citizen.

Suppressed Whistleblowers

Election workers who attempt to report irregularities face retaliation, legal threats, and media censorship. We provide a safe, confidential channel for their testimony.

Our Mission

How We Protect
Your Vote

Our four-pillar approach covers every stage of the electoral process — from registration through final certification.

Monitor & Document

Our certified poll watchers are present at polling sites, drop-box locations, and counting centers during Election Day and early voting. Every irregularity is photographed, timestamped, and logged in our secure system.

Verify & Analyze

Our data team cross-references voter registration databases with USPS change-of-address records, Social Security death files, and multi-state rolls to flag duplicate or ineligible registrations before they can be exploited.

Report & Advocate

Verified findings are filed with state election boards, the Department of Justice, and appropriate law enforcement. We maintain a public case log of every filing and its outcome for complete accountability.

Reform & Educate

We advocate for common-sense reforms: universal voter ID, paper-trail audits, real-time observer access, and secure chain-of-custody. We run free community workshops to educate citizens on their voting rights and how to report irregularities.

Recent Milestones

2024 — Pennsylvania

Documented 23,000 potentially duplicate voter registrations and submitted findings to the state election board. The legislature launched a formal audit.

2024 — Arizona

Successfully petitioned for expanded observer access in Maricopa County ballot-counting facilities. A federal court upheld the petition.

2023 — Wisconsin

Partnered with state lawmakers to pass legislation requiring paper receipts for all electronic ballots statewide.

2022 — Georgia

Volunteer team identified a chain-of-custody documentation failure in 3 counties. The error was corrected before certification.

FAQ

Common Questions

No. No Fraud Vote is a strictly nonpartisan organization. We believe election integrity is not a partisan issue — it is a fundamental democratic principle that benefits every American regardless of their political affiliation. We have investigated and raised concerns about electoral irregularities involving both major parties.

Every contribution funds poll watcher training programs, legal filing fees, data subscription services for voter roll analysis, and community education workshops. We operate with minimal administrative overhead. Detailed financial reports are available upon request.

Use our secure contact form below or call us at 609-481-7777 to submit a confidential report. Include as much detail as possible: date, location, nature of the irregularity, and any supporting documentation such as photos, videos, or written statements. Our team reviews every submission within 48 hours.

You must be a registered voter in the jurisdiction where you wish to observe. Beyond that, we require completion of our free 4-hour online training course covering state-specific election law, appropriate observer conduct, and proper documentation procedures. No prior experience is needed — just a commitment to civic duty.

We advocate for universal voter ID laws with free IDs provided to all eligible citizens, mandatory paper trails for every electronic voting system, regular voter roll maintenance and purging of ineligible registrations, real-time observer access to all ballot handling operations, and independent third-party audits of election results before certification.
